Huge congratulations to our Oceanographer Robert Proctor who, after a lot of hard work and determination, has successfully completed the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health). The course covers the management of health and safety and how that is translated to the workplace. This new in-house expertise demonstrates OceanWise’s commitment to continual improvements with regard to health and safety and recognise the benefits to the business as a whole.
Robert is a highly valued member of our team and has been with OceanWise since early 2017 after he graduated with his degree in Oceanography from the University of Liverpool. We have already seen positive impact from his qualification in the day-to-day running of the business and believe that this, and other qualifications like this, can offer great insight and value to organisations like ours.
Continuous personal development is very important, and we are committed to helping our team to study, gain qualifications and achieve personal goals throughout their employment. We also actively participate in the apprenticeship scheme and provide a variety of placements and work experience for students from the UK and abroad. Please contact us if you would like more information on the placements that we can offer on +44 (0) 1420 768262 / info@oceanwise.eu
OceanWise are ISO 9001 accredited and we are continually improving the system to ensure that all processes, plans and training are always to the highest standard. This demonstrates our commitment in meeting customer requirements and providing excellent customer service for all our products and services for new and existing clients.
