Data Roaming and the OceanWise Mobile to Mobile VPN
We always strive to offer our customers the best possible value for money. With that in mind, and to support our growing environmental monitoring business, some years ago we set up the OceanWise Mobile to Mobile VPN. Working with the major data telecoms providers, the VPN maximises data reliability, integrity and security, while allowing us to gain access to monitoring stations remotely, thus reducing the need to undertake field visits with their associate costs and time delays. There is a cost associated with the VPN of course, and we have to pay mobile data charges, but we are pleased to say that we have renegotiated these recently to keep charges the same while increasing the bandwidth available.

Customer Satisfaction Surveys
In the current Covid-19 situation we have all been reacting to the rapidly changing business and economic climate that has resulted. For us at OceanWise, this has been a time that has demonstrated the resilience we have built in our business. Our investment in modern IT systems, the adoption of remote and virtual working, our culture of innovation and adaptability, and our focus on our customers and partners have all played a part in helping us to carry on as normal. As a result, we have welcomed new business, new customers and new partners in the past few months, and we would like to thank our customers and partners for maintaining their trust with us during this time. As part of this, it is essential that we keep receiving your input and feedback on what and how we are doing. We regularly send out an invitation to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey to our customers, and we would kindly encourage you to complete these, if you haven't already done so.
Many thanks in anticipation from the OceanWise Team.
